AI Engineering
Build and ship the agents.
What you'll do
- Ship autonomous AI agents to production, LangGraph and TypeScript on real client stacks
- Wire agents into real tools: CRMs, calendars, helpdesks, accounting
- Turn messy, real-world workflows into reliable agent behavior with guardrails
You are
- Comfortable in TypeScript or Python, and hungry to learn agentic patterns
- A builder who ships working things, not just prototypes
- Curious about LLMs and how to make them dependable

Growth & Outreach
Land the clients.
What you'll do
- Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach to book our first real conversations
- Build and clean lead lists, write sequences, and test what converts
- Own the funnel numbers and find the next thing to fix
You are
- A sharp writer who can make a stranger want to reply
- Organized, persistent, and data-driven
- Excited about sales and growth, no prior experience required

Content & Design
Tell the story.
What you'll do
- Create social posts, demo clips, and brand assets that get attention
- Show what the agents actually do, in a way people feel
- Make the product look as good as it works
You are
- A strong visual and writing sense, with real taste
- Fluent in social and short-form video
- Obsessive about craft and detail
